CRM Dashboard
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module gives you insight into your customer base, revenue metrics, and business health - all from within BadgerPanel.
License Required
The CRM module requires the CRM Module license add-on. Without this license, the CRM section will not appear in the admin area.
Enabling CRM
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > Features.
- Toggle CRM Module to enabled.
- Click Save.
Once enabled, the CRM section appears in the admin sidebar with access to customers, leads, analytics, and more.
Overview of the CRM Section
The CRM section in the admin sidebar includes the following pages:
- Dashboard - key metrics and business overview
- Customers - customer profiles, history, and management
- Leads - prospective customer tracking
- Analytics - revenue trends, forecasting, and churn analysis
- Renewals - upcoming renewal tracking and at-risk flagging
- Tags - customer categorization and segmentation
Dashboard Metrics
The Admin > CRM > Dashboard provides a snapshot of your business performance.
Revenue Metrics
- MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) - the total monthly revenue from all active recurring services, normalized to a monthly value regardless of billing cycle
- ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) - the MRR multiplied by 12, representing projected annual revenue from current subscriptions
Revenue Trends
A chart showing revenue over time, allowing you to see growth patterns, seasonal variations, and the impact of promotions or changes.
Customer Metrics
- Total customers - the number of registered users with at least one service
- New customers - customers acquired during the selected time period
- Customer growth rate - the percentage change in customer count over time
Top Products
A breakdown of your best-performing products by revenue and number of active subscriptions. Use this to understand which products drive your business and where to focus marketing efforts.
