Branding

Make the panel look like your business rather than ours.

License required

The panel name, the tagline, and the logos need the Custom Branding or White Label license feature. The footer text needs Custom Footer or White Label. The support and documentation links need no license feature.

Replace the default panel name, logos, and favicon with your own.

Navigate to Admin > Appearance > Branding.

You need the View Appearance permission to open the page, and Manage Appearance to save.

A card that your license does not cover appears greyed out with a badge that names the missing feature.

TIP

Colours and custom CSS are not on this page. They are on the Themes page. Read Themes.

Panel identity

FieldDescription
Panel NameThe name in the browser title and across the panel.
TaglineA short line under the panel name on the sign-in page.

Logos

Click an image tile to upload a file. An upload saves at once. A Remove link appears under a tile that holds an image. You can also paste an address in the Or enter URL... box under each tile.

LogoDescription
Logo (Light Theme)The logo for a light background.
Logo (Dark Theme)The logo for a dark background.
Billing Area LogoA separate logo for the billing and store header. Without it the panel uses the main logo.
FaviconThe icon in the browser tab and in a bookmark. The recommended size is 32x32 or 64x64 pixels, in ICO or PNG format.

Two logos keep your brand legible in both light and dark states.

These two fields need no license feature.

FieldDescription
Support URLA link to your support portal or ticket system.
Documentation URLA link to your documentation or knowledge base.

Footer Text appears at the bottom of every page. HTML works in this field.

With the White Label feature, this text replaces the default copyright line. Without it the text appears next to the BadgerPanel copyright line.

Saving

Click Save Changes to store the text fields. Click Reset to discard your edits. Logo uploads and favicon uploads save on their own, as soon as you upload them.
